British Birds
Birds are one of my favourite subjects to illustrate - I enjoy trying to capture the movement and personality of different species and thereβs always an opportunity to learn something new!
When illustrating birds, I work in a range of mediums such as ink, watercolour, charcoal, and coloured pencil - and sometimes a mix of all of these. I mostly specialise in drawing British birds, because theyβre what I see most frequently and weβve such an amazing variety of birdlife here in the British Isles.
You can find a lot of my bird illustrations on my range of eco-friendly art prints and gifts and I also accept commissions if you have a specific type of bird you would like to have illustrated as a gift, or for a defined project (book covers, editorial, branding, etc).
Some of my illustration work β particularly my nature and wildlife collections β are available to license for commercial use on products, packaging and print. Find out more about illustration licensing.
