Returns & Refunds

Coostie Illustration & Design is owned and operated by Ali Edwards, an illustrator and surface pattern designer.

By using the www.coostie.co.uk website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions [the Terms of Use” or “The Agreement”].

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Coostie Illustration & Design may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

General Terms

• You must be 18 years of age or older or you will be able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase products or services via this site.

Returns - art prints and gifts

You (the buyer) have the right to terminate the contract and return an item, even if the item is not faulty in any way (as per the UK consumer rights law). You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items and a full refund will be made within 14 days of Coostie Illustration & Design receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (eg proof of postage), whichever is sooner. You (the buyer) are responsible for paying the cost of return postage.

Returns - bespoke commissions or personalised items

Unless faulty, bespoke commissions, or personalised items are non-refundable.

Cancelling a transaction

If you wish to cancel an order after payment has been made, but before the order has been processed, please email alison@coostie.co.uk as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may be returned (see above).

Lost items

If the item is lost in transit, please get in touch to discuss either a refund or redelivery of the same item (where possible).
