Postage & Packaging

I take a lot of care with the packing and postage of any items that you purchase via this website. At present I’m selling to UK buyers only, but if you are from outside the UK and see something you’re interested in please get in touch to discuss international shipping.

Dispatch times

  • For Christmas posting, your art prints and gift items will be dispatched within 24 hours, unless you order on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case orders will be dispatched on the Monday.

  • Art prints and gift items will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order, although I aim to always dispatch within a 24 hour window.

  • For bespoke commissions, information about when I will aim to dispatch your item will be included in the agreement document that I will send you.

Postage

  • I offer free P&P on all art print and gift orders to UK buyers. Items will be dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. The exception is my 2026 Calendar Tea Towels, where I’m charging £2.70 postage in order to send these orders via Royal Mail Tracked48.

  • You can choose to upgrade your postage on all other listings to Royal Mail Tracked24 at checkout, at a cost of £5.

  • Postage for bespoke commissions will depend on the work commissioned and the agreed dispatch method (Royal Mail or Courier).

I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by issues beyond my control for example industrial action & related backlogs.

Selling outside the UK

I’m currently selling within the UK only. Get in touch at alison@coostie.co.uk if you are based outside the UK and would like to discuss international postage.

Packaging

Sustainability is important to me and I source all of my products from ethical and environmentally-responsible, UK-based companies. I don’t use any virgin plastic in my packaging and there’s always a little extra something in your order as a thank you for supporting my small business.

All papers, packaging and stickers are recyclable and/or made from recycled materials.
