Inspiration and Values
In 2024 I took part in an illustration challenge to draw a British Songbird every day throughout the month of February, in support of the charity Songbird Survival. I had such an amazing time illustrating these birds and finding out more about them and their Conservation Status (how endangered a species is), that I wanted to take some of the illustrations and create a collection that included some of the educational information.
My British Songbirds collection includes an A4 art print, a tea towel, a selection of square note cards and some wooden coasters.
Sustainability is important to me and I source all of my art prints from an ethical and environmentally-responsible, UK-based company. This one has been printed on to a premium, heavy-weight paper made from sustainably-sourced eucalyptus pulp, using environmentally-friendly ink. I don’t use any plastic in my packaging and there’s always a little extra something in your order as a thank you for supporting my small business.
A percentage of my profits goes to support a number of local charities that look after our built and natural environment here in North Northumberland.
